  1. You might be disappointed by the results once you DO get your FOI request. All medical procedures have a certain amount of risk,so there WILL be some cases that fit your agenda, but probably not enough for you to achieve your goal,which it looks like, is convincing enough citizens to vote for a government that will outlaw abortions.

  2. Actually, no. There have been ample amount of botched abortions in British Columbia over the years to make any documentation a fascinating read.

    As the Gosnell case (see the report here: http://www.phila.gov/districtattorney/PDFs/GrandJuryWomensMedical.pdf) showed what happens in the case of a regulatary failure, ie. where there is no accountability.

    BC abortion clinics already do not report their numbers to the Canadian Institute for Health Information, nor even their local Regional Health Authority.

    So who is watching them?
