Yes…it’s true. British Columbia’s very own Ministry of Truth, aka Ministry of Health, has stated since my request for data on the 2397 medical abortions involved “a series of questions” that Section 4 of The Act applies and they don’t have to answer.
It then directed my request to the “Health Authorities” in the district which the clinics reside.
Since one of my questions was “…if the BC Ministry of Health oversees any regulatory provisions…” and what “…procedures, if any, are in effect dealing with quality of care issues” for two private abortion clinics, I guess the answer is “No” and “None”.
So…I need to ask a regional Health authority if the British Columbia Ministry of Health oversees any regulations of private abortion clinics in British Columbia?
They just can’t tell me themselves?
